DELIVERY POLICY

Local Delivery: General Orders

A delivery fee of $5.80 per location applies for all orders within Singapore.
When placing your order, please indicate the date for delivery.

Choice of Delivery Schedule:

10:00AM to 2:00PM
2:00PM to 6:00PM
6:00PM to 10P:00M

 

For same day delivery, please place your order at least 3 hours in advance for processing. You may call (65) 9852 8682 to confirm availability for same day delivery. ​​

Redelivery Charges

A surcharge of $10 will apply for any redelivery.
If redelivery is not completed on the same working day or the next working day, the order will need to be replaced to ensure freshness and quality.

The replacement order will be provided at a 25 percent discount from the original price. This applies to all perishable items such as flowers.

 

Redirection Charges

A surcharge of $10 will apply for any change of delivery address after dispatch.
If the order is cancelled after a delivery attempt has been made, the full amount will still be payable.
