Cancellation of Order

Once order has been made NO cancellation is allowed. In any case of cancellation 100% value of the order will be charged.

Exchange

Items sold are not exchangeable.

Changes in Order

Any changes pertaining to the order must be made within 48 hours or before delivery, which ever earlier.

Substitution

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.

Local Delivery: General Orders

Free delivery for all orders within Singapore. When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered.

For same-day delivery, please order at least 3 hours in advance for us to process your order. You may call (65) 9852 8682 to confirm your order for same-day deliveries.

Redelivery Charges

For redelivery of orders, a surcharge of $10 will be applicable. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality flowers are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers.

Redirection Charges

For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $10 will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.

Wreathgallery.com.sg also accept payments via DBS bank transfer. Customers are required to contact our hotline upon making the transfer to our DBS Current Account. Our DBS Current Account details are:
